Stylish and big room with mini fridge, coffee maker, comfortable beds, supper friendly staff. Location just off the Yezi restaurant on the premises, and Croatia. Also, in the heart of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at the Art'Otel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. My room was spacious and equipped with modern technology that even allowed for easy control of the curtains and lighting right from the bedside. I really appreciated the soundproof windows, which kept the bustling city noise at bay, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and I enjoyed the excellent breakfast selection.
Nothing, all great! 😊.

The facilities were great, especially the comfortable and modern room, complete with a coffee machine and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to the vibrant city's main attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers.
I did notice that the housekeeping could be improved, as they didn't replace used tea cups during the day. This was a minor detail but could enhance the overall experience.

During my brief transit stay at Art'Otel Zagreb, I was delighted by its fantastic location just 0.9 km from the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. the convenience of being only 16 km from Zagreb Franjo Tudman Airport streamlined my travels, allowing for a hassle-free arrival and departure. The indoor pool and excellent amenities were a perfect touch for relaxation before my next journey.
I did encounter a minor issue with the reception staff, who seemed inconsistent in their attentiveness and hospitality. While some were friendly and helpful, others appeared distracted and less welcoming, which slightly detracted from my otherwise enjoyable experience.

The innovative in-room automation offered a futuristic touch, making it easy to control lighting and climate from a central panel.
The absence of light switches in the bathroom proved inconvenient, as it required leaving the bathroom to control the lights.

Really good service made my stay!
The room was a haven of comfort with its stylish decor and artwork. The breakfast was a good experience, especially the specially crafted salmon croissant that I still crave! The staff shined-always eager to help.
One small drawback was the limited options for room temperature control. It could be a bit tricky to get the perfect setting. A lack of a minibar meant I had to rely on room service for snacks.

Modern and clean facilities in a great location.
The service was inconsistent and often unhelpful, especially when it came to cleaning or restocking essentials. I had to repeatedly ask for towels and toiletries, and it seemed like the staff was more focused on personal matters than assisting guests. There was also a lack of information provided about hotel amenities during check-in, missing out on opportunities for a more enjoyable stay.
